Customer Support

Before you call for help with tutorial content it is only fair that you have made a sincere effort to learn the tutorials.

  1. You've made the sincere effort with the tutorials so we're ready to take you through a step by step as follows:
    1. Send us an image as we instruct
    2. We check the exposure, if need be we advise new camera settings for you to try again.
    3. When the exposure is right we go to the next tier:

  2. One-on-One: We now both have the same identical image you took, we are on the phone, we are both on our respective computers with the image open in the software we instruct.
    1. We have you walk us through the edit steps the best you know how. We're listening to identify where you missed a step or technique or both.
    2. Now we walk you through the steps and point out where you missed things.
    3. Now you walk us through again, implementing the corrections we gave you.
    4. We will do this several times until you have successfully gone through the process.
    5. Now you have to practice while the knowledge is fresh, and do it as many times as takes to own it.

  3. Follow Up:
    1. We want to be sure you have the recipe learned, we want to see your images along the way and we will critique them for the finer points.

  4. New Challenges: Time goes by, everything is going great, but a year or so later you encounter a new challenge that you do not know how to conquer... okay, give me a call, I will be happy to help, in fact, I'd be very unhappy to learn that you did not call and ask for help.
